Christina Good

Chris Good is a trusted real estate professional serving Denver, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, and the Vail and Beaver Creek areas. Known for a thoughtful, strategic approach and strong market insight, she helps clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence. Much of her business comes through referrals, reflecting the relationships she builds and the level of service she provides. She enjoys working with both first-time buyers and experienced clients, tailoring each experience to fit individual goals, timelines, and comfort levels. With a strong understanding of pricing strategy, property positioning, and negotiation, Chris focuses on creating smooth transactions and strong outcomes while keeping the process personal, approachable, and supportive. Chris’s connection to the Denver area runs deep — she grew up in Cherry Hills Village and is a graduate of Saint Mary’s Academy. That lifelong familiarity with the community gives her an authentic, insider’s perspective that clients consistently find invaluable. Her real estate expertise extends well beyond residential sales: in the early 2000s, Chris successfully guided Littleton Village through the entitlement process, demonstrating her command of complex development and land use from the ground up. Beyond real estate, Chris brings a wealth of community knowledge and personal experience to every client relationship. An avid skier, hiker, and traveler, she has a deep appreciation for Colorado’s lifestyle and all it has to offer — from the mountains to the city. Chris and her husband Ken, who works in the commercial office industry, have built a rich family life together. Between them, they have seven children — a true Brady Bunch family — who have attended some of the Denver area’s most well-regarded schools, including Cherry Hills Village Elementary, All Souls, St. Vincent de Paul, Regis, Kent Denver, Valor Christian, and Aspen Academy. Now empty nesters, Chris and Ken enjoy the next chapter of their lives with the same energy and enthusiasm they’ve always brought to family life. Education is a passion close to Chris’s heart. She stays closely connected to the Denver-area school landscape and currently serves as a board member at Aspen Academy, where she contributes her time and expertise to support the school’s mission and community. Chris’s deep roots in the Denver community — as a real estate professional, a parent, a board member, and an outdoor enthusiast — give her a unique perspective that she brings to every client interaction. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling a property you’ve loved for years, Chris is committed to making the experience as smooth and rewarding as possible.
